A proud family man, Nick is married and the father of four wonderful children - two boys and two girls. He cherishes every moment spent with them, reinforcing the strong bonds that tie his family together. Outside of work and family life, Nick's passions extend to classic cars, a reflection of his appreciation for design, craftsmanship, and history.
His commitment to service and helping others shines through in his professional journey. After spending seven rewarding years in the auto industry selling cars, Nick made a significant career shift. His transition to the roofing industry was fueled by a passion for the trade and a desire to provide superior service to his community.

Alec, one of the proud owners of UpTop Roofing, is a man of versatile talents and deep connections to his roots in Aspen, Colorado. Born in 1973, Alec's early life on a ranch outside Hot Sulphur Springs shaped his strong work ethic, love for the outdoors, and a sense of community that he carries with him to this day.
Graduating from Middle Park High School in 1991 and the University of Northern Colorado in 1995, Alec's educational pursuits laid the foundation for a multifaceted career. He first entered the field of criminal justice, where he worked diligently from 1995 to 2012. His commitment to justice and community safety was a defining feature of this period of his life.
In 1999, Alec displayed his entrepreneurial flair by founding a bingo supply company, which he continues to own and operate. This venture showcases his business acumen and ability to identify unique market opportunities.
2021 marked a significant transition for Alec as he ventured into the roofing industry. His leadership at UpTop Roofing draws on his diverse experiences and translates into a business approach grounded in integrity, innovation, and customer focus.
Family is the cornerstone of Alec's life. Married with seven children and eight grandchildren, he skillfully balances his demanding professional life with a rich and fulfilling personal life. Alec's hobbies further reflect his love for Colorado's natural beauty; he's an avid hunter and fisherman. He also enjoys gambling and, most importantly, spending quality time with his family.

Massiel Rodriguez
Massiel, a native of Chicago and brought up in the vibrant cities of Las Vegas and Florida, is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in the medical and roofing industry.
She began her career journey as a certified Massage Therapist and later expanded her skillset by acquiring certification in Medical Administration, equipping her with the necessary knowledge to manage a medical office effectively. Massiel's professional trajectory took a notable turn when she joined DaVita Kidney Center in 2014, marking the beginning of her journey in medical administration. Over the years, she demonstrated exceptional proficiency in monitoring budgets, billing payments, supervising office staff, maintaining medical and staff records, and improving office operations by actively liaising with medical professionals.
In 2020, Massiel embraced the opportunity to relocate to Colorado Springs with Optum, demonstrating her adaptability to change and commitment to professional growth. Her transition from the medical field to the roofing industry was serendipitous; her encounter with Mark, the owner of Commercial Roofing of Colorado, opened doors to a new career path. The invaluable skills she developed in the medical field transferred seamlessly to her new role, enabling her to effectively oversee roof replacement, repair, and warranty services while ensuring operational efficiency.
Massiel has been a key player in the roofing industry in Colorado since August 2020. When Up Top Roofing purchased Commercial Roofing of Colorado, she continued to provide exceptional service under the new ownership. Today, she stands as a cornerstone of the Up Top Roofing team, playing an instrumental role in managing the office, setting goals, measuring performance, scheduling, resolving building owner issues, and monitoring daily departmental activities.
Massiel's diverse background and ability to adapt to different industries truly sets her apart. Her commitment to professionalism and passion for her work continues to drive Up Top Roofing's success and client satisfaction.
Javier Lopez

Tony Schoenle
Meet Tony, our new Commercial Client Advisor. Tony brings a wealth of experience to our team, with a dynamic background in construction that has taken him from the warehouse floors in San Diego to the peaks of telecom towers and into the heart of project management across various states. His journey in the construction sector began at a young age, quickly ascending from a warehouse position to roles such as warehouse manager, assistant production manager, estimator, and project manager within a span of just a few years. Seeking adventure and life experience, Tony ventured into tower climbing, a job that married his love for adrenaline with his skillset, though it eventually led him back to his roots in insulation and roofing as he prioritized family life.
After stints in Texas and Colorado Springs, Tony's path has led him to us, bringing a unique blend of on-the-ground experience and strategic insight into project estimation and management. His personal life is as vibrant and diverse as his career—Tony is an avid outdoorsman who finds solace and inspiration in the mountains. Whether hiking, camping, or rock climbing, he is most at home in nature, accompanied by his loyal dog. A sports enthusiast, Tony is also an active participant in skateboarding, snowboarding, and maintains a strong dedication to fitness, viewing the gym as his second home.

Mexico, and particularly Puerto Vallarta, holds a special place in his heart as his favorite getaway destination, reflecting his appreciation for culture, warmth, and the simple joys of life.
Before joining Up Top Roofing, Richie honed his sales acumen in the trailer industry, where he excelled for three years as a top-producing cargo salesman. His competitive edge and commitment to excellence have seamlessly transitioned into the roofing industry, where he is dedicated to providing top-tier solutions and services to our clients.
Richie's passions extend beyond his professional endeavors. An avid sports enthusiast, he revels in the camaraderie and strategy of fantasy football, enjoys the peaceful challenge of golf, and is a fervent supporter of the Denver Broncos. His high school days were marked by athleticism and team spirit, proudly wearing number 33 as a running back at Westminster High School.
