Yes. depending on the specific design installed warranties range from 15 yr - 30yr.

Do you work directly with insurance companies after a loss or storm?

Yes, Up Top Roofing has trained professionals to assist from start to finish during storm restoration or large loss.

Do you provide a free inspection?

Most times inspections are complimentary. Depending on the circumstances Multi-facet projects may require a fee due to the complexity & time spent creating a report.

What is EPDM Roofing?

EPDM is commonly known as a Rubber Roof System. EPDM stands for Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer. It is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane. Although it is commonly used on low-slope also known as flat roofs or commercial buildings, it is also used for residential purposes such as patios or flat roofs.

What is a Ballasted Roof? What does Ballast mean?

A Ballasted system is a roof with something such as Pavers or Aggregate to hold the membrane such as EPDM in place. The ballast also helps protect the Membrane from any damage. If you see payao rock or river rock on a rook that is the ballast.
